How to access your test results

Step 1:

Once you have logged into your portal home page, under the messages section you will see if you have any documents. Click on the link (as shown).

Lab results and any messages from your provider will be located in the “documents” section

Step 2:

Then select the document that you wish to view by clicking on the “eye” icon.

Step 3:

Select the attachment. You may have to download to view.

Please note, most lab results will be reviewed at your follow up appointment
